Bearify provides AI-powered receptionist services for dental practices, including but not limited to call handling, appointment scheduling, patient reactivation, and waitlist management.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse or attempt to circumvent our systems
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bearify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
